A dedicated yoga teacher and nutrition consultant specializing in pregnancy, postpartum care, and babies starting solids. She is deeply passionate about supporting mothers throughout pregnancy and motherhood. She believes that nurturing a mother is essential for the well-being of the entire family, emphasizing that when a mother thrives, the whole family thrives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in classical singing from the Icelandic University of the Arts and a two-year diploma in musical theater from New York. In 2019, she completed her yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Thailand and furthered her expertise by becoming a prenatal yoga teacher with the School Yoga Institute in Guatemala in 2020. She graduated as a nutrition consultant from the Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition in 2022. Through her Instagram account, @arvamamma, Nadia shares valuable information about motherhood and nutrition for mothers and babies. After spending a decade in New York teaching both vinyasa and prenatal classes, she now resides in Iceland with her daughter and husband, where she teaches prenatal and postpartum yoga classes at a birthing center in Reykjavik.

Through her work, Nadia provides comprehensive support to mothers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to thrive during pregnancy and beyond.

NADIA

A woman whose journey was shaped by the healing power of yoga, leading her to become a teacher herself. With her background in Sports Psychology, she brings a unique blend of scientific understanding and spiritual wisdom to her teaching. She is passionate about helping people unlock their potential and creates supportive spaces for women's holistic well-being. She focuses particularly on guiding mothers through their practice and supporting them in regaining autonomy, nurturing their desires and needs through motherhood's challenging ups and downs.

Through her own experience of motherhood and years of working with women, Em has developed a profound understanding of the physical and emotional challenges mothers face. Her teaching style combines gentle yet powerful practices that help women reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.

Based in Cyprus, Emilie leads classes, workshops, and retreats specifically designed to support women through various life stages. Her approach emphasizes creating a safe, nurturing space where one can explore movement, breath, and meditation while building a supportive community.
